Please pay attention! To take part in the competition, all solo dancers must buy at least 1 workshop!

GENERAL RULES

Each participant is required to read these rules. By sending the form, you confirm that you have understood and accepted all the rules of participation.

To take part in the workshops you should fill an application form.
After we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the rules of payment.
Order should be paid by the deadliane ( Early birds prices - until 02.28; Next prices - until 03.31; Last prices - until 04.20)
If payment was not received in time your order will be canceled and later you should pay much.
The workshop fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant.
Only participants who have paid for the single workshop or workshop packages may enter the dance studio/ballroom. You cannot give your spot to another person without organizers permission.
If you have any discount, prize or voucher from another festival, please, contact us by email nightinluxorfest@gmail.com
All discounts for passes or single workshops are counted from the regular price - not from early birds.
Also you can not give your prize certificates for someone else without organizers permission.
If a teacher is unable to come or has further restrictions, the organizers are free in their choice of replacement. The organizers can also make necessary short-term changes to the festival program, such as changes in the workshop schedule, competition etc. In these cases, the participant does not have further claims.
By participating in the festival, participants agree that the organizer has the right to use their photos and videos taken of participants during the festival may be used by Night in Luxor to promote the festival on social media such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
